Introduction
Mental health is a vital aspect of our lives, yet managing it effectively can often feel overwhelming. That’s why I’m excited to share a part of my ongoing project, the Personalized Mental Health Tracker, as an open-source initiative! This project helps users log daily habits, track mood trends, and receive personalized insights to improve mental wellness.
While I’m still actively developing this project, sharing part of the code allows others to explore and contribute to its growth.
What Does This App Do?
The Personalized Mental Health Tracker is a web-based app that allows users to:
Log Daily Moods and Habits: Record mood, sleep hours, exercise, and nutrition quality.
Visualize Trends Over Time: See mood trends, habit correlations, and weekly summaries.
Get Data-Driven Insights: Identify the best days and discover how habits influence users.
Receive AI-Powered Suggestions: Get personalized tips generated using AI.
Why Open-Source?
I’m sharing part of this project as open source to:
Encourage Collaboration: Developers can experiment or build on the idea.
Inspire Others: Demonstrate how AI and data can drive meaningful mental health insights.
Support Wellness Initiatives: Enable others to adapt this tool for their needs.
The open-source code provides a foundation for building personalized wellness apps, but additional functionality is still being actively developed.

Closing Thoughts
Mental health deserves proactive attention, and this project aims to empower users with tools to track and improve their well-being. By sharing part of the code, I hope to inspire collaboration and innovation in mental wellness technology.
Thank you for being part of this journey to create a healthier, happier future—one step at a time.
